Logframe-based project planning

You have a project concept, but what should you do next? How do you transform an idea into a well-structured, logical project that produces results? Moreover, there are hundreds of project planning tools accessible, so which one to use.

The IPDM team has the vast experience and great benefit of using the Logical Framework Approach (LFA) tool to assist clients with the capacity building of their skills, knowledge, and competence on EU programmes and projects, whether it is applying for EU funding or managing EU projects.

The LFA is an EU project planning tool that helps to follow the core principles of EU funding requirements. It is used by the European Commission (EC) during the programming period to establish the framework and priority goals for EU projects. Furthermore, it assists in the project’s design, starting from the problem analysis, objective and indicator formulation to the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the project.

We designed an online 30 min course, Logframe tool for efficient project planning available on UDEMY, with already over 200 students having taken this course. This course is intended for anyone with an interest in project management practices. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced project manager, understanding Logframe-based project planning will improve your project management competence.
